Average Film Reviews – General Competition Terms & Conditions

Please read these competition rules carefully. If you enter one of our competitions, we will assume that you have read these rules and that you agree to abide by them.

1. To enter a competition you must be aged 18 years old or over on the date of entry.

2. No purchase necessary.

3. Only one entry per person, unless otherwise stated.

4. If you want to enter a competition please send an e-mail with the title specified in the competition details to competitions (at) averagefilmreviews (dot) com

5. Sending an e-mail is not proof that we have received your entry. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed, or which are not received for any reason. An e-mail will be sent confirming entry to the competition.

6. The winner will be randomly selected by the Editor of Average Film Reviews from all entrants who answer the question/s correctly.

7. The closing date is as specified in each competition, and Average Film Reviews reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.

8. Eligibility of residence, if any, is as specified in each competition. Any entries which do not meet the requirement will disqualified.

9. If you win a competition, we will notify you by e-mail. The judges’ decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. By entering the competition the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as may be required.

11. The prize will not be transferable to another person.

12. No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.

13. If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

14. Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.

15. Average Film Reviews will endeavour to send prizes within one month of the competition end date but cannot guarantee this delivery time.

16. Average Film Reviews is not liable for any additional charges which may possibly arise from a winner receiving their prize.
