movie news: New trailer for Disney’s Frozen

Today sees the release of a new trailer for Disney’s latest princess (type) adventure, Frozen.
Very loosely based on the Hans Christian Andersen’s fairy tale The Snow Queen, Frozen transports us to a kingdom that finds itself suddenly and inexplicably plunged into an eternal winter. Our heroine Anna soon realises that she might be the only person who can restore the kingdom to it’s former glory, by hunting down her sister Elsa, the Snow Queen.
Personally, I’m not entirely sure about this one. I’m a big fan of the old style, innocent Disney adventure. But I guess in the last 20 years things have moved on, this is the post-Shrek generation, where every kids film has to have something for the grown-ups as well… That said, Disney have had outstanding success lately, with both their adult and kids films… so perhaps it is in the mouse I should trust.
